ProTec Smart-Card download information
The Smart-Card works like this: You need a smartphone with an internet connection. You first have to download and install the ProTec App. After the first registration, use the same login as in the Member Area, and you already have all of your certifications on your smartphone. Once installed, this information remains visible even if no internet connection is available (offline mode). As a professional, you should go online with your smartphone now and then, the App updates itself automatically.

If you are not yet registered, please register free on our Member Area platform at www.member.protecdive.com. Your Member Area Login Information is also valid to access the ProTec Smart-Card App. - At least one ProTec certification card
You should have at least one certification card in your Portfolio, otherwise there are would no cards shown up in you ProTec Smart-Card App
The smart card is now our standard certificate and confirmation of completed diving training. There is also an online option to review. The plastic card can be ordered as an additional option directly in our Member Area.
