Smart Card App Updates are available now.
A new release of our Smart-Card is available as an Update. If you already installed the app with automatic updates turned on, you don’t need to do anything.
But if this is not the case and your auto-updates are turned off, they will need to be accepted manually.
You do not have installed the app so far, then you will get the newest version for installation right away.
We have designed a very useful and convenient tool for you. Download once and you have all your ProTec certificates at hand. At ProTec, you don`t need to pay for each certificate. As soon as you get certified and your smartphone is online for any updates, all your old and new certificates appear in your ProTec Smart Card App.
Since the ProTec Smart Card App was successfully launched, this digital certificate is considered to be our new green standard.
It is easy to use and very secure. Besides, it will be our contribution to support the environment.
We do not issue plastic cards on certification automatically. But every holder of a ProTec certification could order a plastic card through our Print service in Member Area.

Please note that our online certification and status validation confirmation only refers to the data in our new Member Area. That means, all holders of older certifications which were processed with the old system need to re-register as an existing member in new Member Area. This is very important. Otherwise, the online query will produce no result and the Smart Card App cannot access the old data.
