The ProTec Intro Mine Cave certification course offers the same training and knowledge for cave diving as the Intro Cave (OC) program, but all adapted to a flooded mine (mining plant) as a cave system. You will learn the specifics of mine caving and experience the differences between diving in a natural cave system and an artificial one. You will be also introduced to some further necessary equipment for mine caving.
Prerequisites
- Minimum age is 18 years old
- Advanced diving skills that have to be proven to the instructor
- Medical statement
- ProTec Cavern Diving, ProTec Nitrox certificates or equivalents
