Description
The ProTec Apnea 1 is a snorkeling program designed for those who want to explore the beauty of the underwater world without complicated scuba equipment and preliminary skills.
You will learn the technique of swimming with fins, moreover obtain some basic knowledge about the dangers and conditions of the ocean.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum age is 10 years old
- Good physical condition as well as very good swimming skills
- Medical statement
- Ability of distance swimming (300 m free style within max. 20 min.)
