Description
The ProTec Apnea 2 certification course teaches you to explore the underwater world without scuba diving equipment. You will learn how to dive even longer and deeper than before. You will bring your apnea diving to the new level under the guidance of experienced instructors and practice the freediving and breath-holding techniques.
Penetrate the physiology of the process, find out what is safe and what is not, feel the buzz and pleasure of diving on the respiratory hold.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum age is 16 years old
- Very good physical condition as well as very good swimming and good free diving skills
- Medical statement
- ProTec Apnea 1 certificate or equivalent
